I had previously had a bad experience at this establishment, but I decided to give them another try as I kept hearing good things. This time was EXCELLENT! Phillip was AMAZING! Not only did he do a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails, he did not cut me at all. I normally end up with cuts from acrylic application due to my nail shape. However, he took his time to ensure that he did not hurt me, and I am very appreciative of such. I will be returning to him from now on to ensure a less painful acrylic application experience. Thank you Phillip for taking your time, it did not go unnoticed.
The pedicure experience was fabulous but the paint job was horrible.
Edit: Since posting the review, someone immediately contacted me to fix my nails. I appreciated that so much! Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts I have not been able to make it back in but I do want to recognize and appreciate Happy Nails for reaching out to solve the issue. Great customer service!
Tina did such an amazing job. She was so friendly and sweet! My nails look gorgeous and made me feel so comfortable discussing what I wanted done and any changes. Her quality of work and customer service will keep me coming back to her for my nails!
Attached photos or my last 3 sets I have gotten! I often can only come after work and I am not always able to make an appointment. Even at the end of their work day they do not rush my service ever! I have recommended all of my friends and coworkers to come here because the pricing is good, the service quality is consistent, and the staff here are so kind. After living in Columbia for six years and trying almost every nail salon Happy Nails is the only salon I have recommend to anyone!
Happy nails is by far the best nail place I’ve ever been too, the salon is very clean, the techs are super nice, talk to you, and honest about stuff they can do or what they would need to change to make it look the best
I attempted to get a pedicure here today, a Saturday, however when I arrived about 10 till 6 they were closed. Keep in mind their hours online are from 9:30 am - 7 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Okay, sometimes the online hours are wrong, but not in this case. The hours on the door matched what was online. Luckily I was able to find another salon that was open to give my business to.
I would not recommend this place for any sort of relaxing pedicure. They rush as much as possible to get to the next guest. They don’t soak your feet at all, you sit down and they immediately start removing callus, trimming, etc. I had to ask to have the bubbles turned on and the tab put in the water. This has happened multiple times - because I do go here for my nails and they do okay with that. Pedicures are rushed and I never leave with smooth feet. They’re always rough. Management - please start soaking feet! Pedicures should take longer than 30 minutes, especially with gel. Do better.
He was horrible I came with my daughters to get our nails done which as I signed he wanted me to sign more. he was disrespectful by not allowing me to get service done because the paper was not filled out all the way. I advised him my hand was hurt and asked if he can put what I needed and instead he told me NO. He has a horrible attitude and poor customer service he needs to be retrained I will never come back this is a horrible shop because of him the women here are great I always have a great experience with the lady’s but he is not a great leader I’m sure this shop could make more money without him. I also brought my mom in and he did her nails 3 weeks ago and she would not come back with me because her nails were horribly shaped and big I would like to speak with the owner as his customer service was horrible. I will not come back unless I have spoken to someone about this.
